Firstly, the load capacity plays a key role, whereby the total load can be distributed across all the castors used. Another important factor is the wheel diameter, whereby a larger wheel diameter makes manoeuvring easier and makes navigating small bumps somewhat more comfortable. Finally, the shaft diameter should also be checked to ensure that the castors also fit into the intended tubes with minimal play. Finally, swivel castors differ in their casing depending on their intended use and adjustability.
