Pipe connectors are used in conjunction with tension couplers (e.g. item no. 00492) to ‘slot’ pipes together. The small washer between the two sockets distributes the compressive forces evenly from the upper pipe to the lower pipe. The two sockets keep the tubes aligned.
Suitable only for standard scaffolding tubes with a diameter of 48.3 mm.
